- Unlimited communication and planning for up to 12 months prior to the wedding date
- Customized day of timeline, table layout/floor plan and checklist
- Customized vision board and assistance with design
- Venue/Vendor scouting and recommendations
- Confirming all final details with vendors
- Unlimited pre-wedding consultations/meetings
- Ceremony rehearsal coordination

- Up to 12 hours of coverage (additional hours available for an extra fee)
- Oversee and coordinate setup
